I ended up breaking the ceramic shaft inside the eshopps psk-100. Anybody know where to get replacements or if i can fix it?

find out the diameter of the shaft, then go to a hobby store, either local or online and buy a piece of graphite rod of the same size and cut it to length to use as a replacement. This is the same method that all the maxi-stream mods used back in the day before they had pre made kits. I have made a bunch of the maxis with the graphite rods and they worked great.

Nope, not for this case. Ceramic is used because it's cheap, sturdy, and won't rust, substituting another material will work just fine for a good long time.
