Fishroom Buildout Plan
Been waiting a long time to start this thread.
I've been collecting and planning a buildout for this winter time to add to my 110 display and 100G Rubbermaid In-Wall setup. Through trades, buys and collecting - most of the stuff is ready to go between the garage and basement. I linked a couple of photos of my design plan and current setup. I have several 10G tanks and the 55 already in my possession and I want to add enough options of tanks, QT and space to hold pretty much anything I ever desire. I plan to move my existing skimmmer to the reefugium and use my rubbermaid to add a pendant LED over frag racks with the existing DSB and live rock. I'm curious to think if anybody spots any suggestions or design flaws here. I also am wondering where the best spots would be to place unions in the new plumbing and if I have enough valves in place. Hopefully my graphic design skills make sense. |

Quick question. Why would you put your QT inline with your DT? Will you do a separate QT for sick fish? You can't dose that QT with anything to get rid of many diseases. Just a little food for thought.
