Question DIY T5 Light question

Does anyone know how to wire up a a T5 lamp holder/socket to the driver? And what light sockets and drivers should I get for the T5s that aren't pricey? Any help is appreciated.

Lamp holder example found here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Fluorescent-...=bin519c49c9c1
Are these good for supporting two 18W T5s?
