Sump / Fuge configuration

Getting close to water in my 20L mixed reef. Looking at best configuration for my sump/fuge.

SUMP/FUGE is a 20L

1). Drain, skimmer / return / fuge......or

2). Drain, skimmer / fuge / return

Also:

1). Tee off return to feed fuge......or

2). Tee off drain to feed fuge.
