Need help with a Nano Sol

Just got a new AI Nano Sol.

The only thing it will do is flash, like strobe light/fire alarm.

The controller also malfunctions, the screen going in and out before you select anything.

Have any other AquaIllumination Sol owners experienced this?

Does the light still flicker without it being connected to the controller(all channels should default to 100%)?

I would contact AI support, that is definitely not normal and a quick search came up with nothing.

Yea defiantly contact ai. I heard they have very good customer support.

I contacted AI but they were not able to help. I will be returning it.
Very disappointed with this purchase. I was hoping I would like LED's and would then get the Vega's for my large tank. I guess I will stick with MH for that.

Not sure what I'll get for my nano.
