Can I get an ID please
This little fella came in on the back of a bag of hermits and my LFS has given him to me, I'm not sure how safe he is, no corals yet. He is like a snail, white shell when closed up and then his body covers the shell like a cowrie, as in the picture.

Looks like a cowrie, don't know which species (there's a bunch of cowries with white shells and red-speckled mantle with white mantle tentacles) so I can't say if it's reef safe.
Wild guess: Pseudosimnia punctata.
