What's up with brine shrimp?

The lfs seems to sell a lot of them but I've heard that they aren't really that good for our fish. Should I be feeding them to my fish once in a while or often or never?

There is nothing wrong with feeding the brine shrimp I feed it on occasion, but just consider it a snack and not a meal. The fish do love it!

Brine shrimp is about 4.7% protein.
PE Mysis shrimp is about 69.5% protein.

Live Brine Shrimp is also the best way to get a new finnicky fish to eat.
