I have not... but many around here have... I haven't heard of any complaints. People that order from them seem to be pleased. It seems Blue Zoo and Liveaquaria seem to be the two goto's around here for online livestock purchases.

The credit at bluezoo can only be used on the next purchase only(no carry-over after that purchase) and cannot cover shipping costs.

I get all my stuff from Blue Zoo. They are fantastic. One of the best, everything arrives next day, packaged well and the livestock has been of great quality.

If I order on line, Blue Zoo Aquatics is who I use! They are fantastic! Anytime I've had issue they have given me credit toward my next purchase. Great company!

I have had two poor experiences from them and will not order from them again. If I order online again, I will stick with Live Aquaria.

I'm a big fan of LA (and all of the F&S companies); but have ordered a few times from BZ. No problems at all. BZs guarantee on lots of fish is very restrictive; LA guarantees everything for 15 days.

BlueZoo rocks, I've ordered from them several times and have never been disappointed. The customer service is great and they always follow through with an email making sure you are satisfied. One of the few consistently good on-line retailers I've used and will use again.

Honestly the only reason I haven't ordered from them yet is that anytime I'm looking for something either LA has it or neither of them do, and they seem a bit too restrictive on the guarantee. If BZ had something that LA didnt have in stock and it was a fish less than $100 I'd probably take the chance, but with more expensive fish I want to stack the deck in my favor the best I can so it makes more sense to use LA. Also I buy less expensive fish <$100 from LFS's whenever they have what I want that looks healthy. So far it's just been a case of "odd man out" with BZ.

I have had more poor experiences with LA, but LADD has always been top notch, BZ
seems to be a better choice for me with unquarintined fish, but for expensive fish or ones that are hard to start feeding I'll stick with LADD. |

+1 on LADD for expensive fish. I doubt there is any better online vendor in the expensive fish category.
