How many shrimp can I keep at once?
I have a 9-10gallon nano tank. How many shrimp can live happily in this size tank? Im thginking Skunk or Fire shrimp. Most people think I should get skunk.

Two. More than that, and they often will kill the 3rd etc (not always).
I'd just do one, however, as it will not have very much rockwork to scavenge If you want to feed a coral, good luck, the shrimp will get it first. |

If you want a higher population peppermint shrimp could get buy with more but I'd pick one of the more popular cleaner shrimps as you've mentioned. Fire shrimp really pops under the lighting. Life expectancy is 3-5 years so all depends on how old it is when you get it
