The brown spots are almost assuredly flat worms, the white spots on a mushroom, I have no clue. I had the brown/reddish flatworms for a while, they never hurt my corals, however i have no way of knowing which kind you have, some I've heard can be coral killers, not sure. I would keep an eye out & if there seems to be tissue damgae, dip the corals to get rid of them or just use Flatworm Exit to begin with. Good luck,I hope they are not the nuisance kind.

Flatworms, looks like the non harmful type I had, they actually are good cleaners but a bit unsightly, mine just went away on their own in a few months.

Flatworm Exit is reef safe & I only have a theory of how they got in my tank, I noticed the flatworms after purchasing a jar of coral frenzy from my LFS & using it for a about a month, there is a good chance it contained some eggs that hatched. Otherwise they are imported on new corals & rock, but you said that was not the case so.....

The yellow coris wrasse (halichoeres chrysus) or melanarus wrasse would also clean up the flatworms.
