cuc/fish
My cycle is all the way done and i have some cyano on the sand and rocks... im going to my LFS today and i wanted to know if it would be ok to add a small cuc and maybe a pair of clowns? or should i just get the cuc today and then next week get a pair of clowns
EDIT: diatoms not cyano

You could probably add both at the same time, but I would suggest CUC first. Let that settle in a bit and then add the clowns. If there's no real rush for the fish, put the CUC in and make sure they're all happy and cleaning your cyano. Test your parameters next week just to make extra sure your safe, and then add the clowns. Just remember not to add too many things at once, your tank needs time to adjust to new additions. I hope you mean diatoms. But is let the CUC work a few days then add fish.
But that is just me, It would he fine to add fish just make sure that your water is good. Now is the time to check your water 4 or 5 times before you leave for your lfs Sent from my Desire HD using Tapatalk

yeah thats what i figured.... just getting exited to actually start putting things in there... ill get the clean up crew today then on my next day off ill get a pair of clowns

If you're going to QT the clowns you can get them today, then your DT should be good to go by the time they are done with QT.
(you ARE going to QT all your fish, right? ) |
