To be safe, I recommend testing your water for a few days in a row, maybe as long as a week, just to keep check on your levels. Perhaps sufficient bacteria survived the shipping process so that you do not have to do a full cycle, but you will only know if you test (Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrate). Curing generally involves making sure all of the die-off is gone from LR that comes from the ocean, since Real Reef has never touched the ocean you really aren't curing it (if my notion of "curing" is correct!). Hope that helps. Maybe someone else will chime in.

Didn't you just post yesterday you would wait a week or two making sure everything is stable? Today you are asking when you can add live stock.

If it's a new tank wait a good month.

If my comment sounded rude, I'm sorry. I just re-read it and I sound like a jerk, I didn't mean to be.

hold tight for awhile. there's no such thing as real live rock when it comes to stateside sourcing. TB has good stuff. outside of them, its a long long way to the reef, and unless its been pulled out of the ocean, and put in your tank in hours.....expect some die off. its amazing what kind of hitchhikers you get from live rock pulled from the ocean. it just happens that 99% of people will never see it due to simple geography and distance. let your tank sit for 3-4 weeks, test and then add slowly. start with the easy stuff re: fish and corals. no real benifit to adding flake food. just let it run.
