Midas blenny problem

I was looking at my midas blenny yesterday and I noticed what looked like a rough spot in his middle on the side. As I continued to observe him, I notice that at this spot, he seemed to be "bent". As if you fold a piece of paper and it never is straight again.

I will try to get pics tonight when I get home but does anyone know what this could be?

I had a rough spot on mine, but was more of coloration issue than bent. It went a away after a few weeks. I've had fish get cut or bruised up and they end of healing after a few weeks. Haven't encountered a "bent" fish though...
