diatom outbreak

Hello, I have had an awful diatom outbreak in my tank, the tank is farely new( about 5 weeks old) and the other morning I noticed the familiar brown crap starting to cover my substrate and rock. I have a 125 gallon tank with a 30 gallon sump , the sump has a 6 inch sand bed with mangroves and chaeto growing in it. a Bubble Magus skimmer, 2 koralia evo 1050 power heads in tank, TLF GFo reactor and a HOT magnum with carbon and Foam filter. I moved some of my mature live rock and substrate from an existing tank into my new tank when It was up and running to help establish it and everything was fine until like 3 days ago.. Nitrite is 0. ammonia 0, Nitrate is 5.0ppmm CA 420 and P.H. 8.0. I have about 60 lbs of base rock that was cooked but no coralline algae growing on it yet in the tank. Do you think it is because the tank is new? The substrate is sugar sized aragonite. Any advice? Lights are 2 t-8 10ks and 2 36 inch ecoxotic fusion stunners. Thanks

It's because the tank is new. It'll go away on its own.
