How many LED's Do i need?

I would like to upgrade my tanks 2 x T5 lights and 2 x PC Quad pin 50/50 lights with LED's. I think i will be doing it DIY. I have been looking at various places and likely i will buy a kit from RapidLed.com. However, for my 65 gallon fish tank ( 48"long x 18"deep x 21" high) , i do not know the number of LED i need to purchase.

My tank has both soft corals and fish.

Is there any special calculator, or way of determining the number of led's?
I will try to post pictures of my tank, however, i am having a trouble with attaching the photo to reefcentral.

Thanks for the help

Bill

Reef led lights usually can help you with this, but I would try 36 LEDs per section of 24 inch,24 xpe blue/white and 12 xpgs for high noon blast.
