How Long have you had those fish and how long has your tank been running. What have you done or changed in last two months.

If you dont already know, your tank is very new...especially for anemones, and a mandarin. What type of anemones do you have? Anemones require solid tank parameters that a system 2 months old, cannot provide. dragonets require a mature tank, with a lot of pods, and someway of establishing more pods(i.e. adding more or a sump with rock). Where did you buy the flame angel? how did you acclimate? did you quarantine? That's a lot of stock and change in a immature tank. What salt mix are you using? what corals are there? calcium not bad, mag is not bad, KH i dont believe...i dont think anything would live in there with a KH of 2.9...what test kit are you using? are you adding any "supplements"? if it is 2.9 i would say you are on the verge of a tank crash....
