Return Manifold

I'm feeding 2 - TLF media reactors with a maxi-jet 1200 and would possibly like to setup a manifold. I have a 75G tank w/ a mag-7 return pump. My return line is 3/4" vinyl tubing. Rather than build a pvc manifold, would I be able to use 3/4" hose barb tees in-line on the return tubing to feed the reactors?

yes, but you will need to but in ball/gate valves to regulate flow. You may find it easier to make the manifold out of standard pvc and then use the hose barbs to connect to it that way.
