Kinda looks like a Eusyllinae or a ribbon worm... probably not.
Ya it does look like a corn snake ahahhaha

Final answer, ribbon worm
it is a good thing you got him out, they are extreme predators ( if it is a ribbon worm )
p.s did you see a proboscis coming out of one end of the worm?

Well I did some research as well and at first I thought it is a ribbon worm, but not sure yet. I didn't see any proboscis, but it did scared me..
