transparent-ish algae? fungus? can you help identify please?

I saw this on one of the side glass, as well as on some LR and under a cap; it's a little hard to see in the video, but you can see it if you look carefully ... it waves like hair algae in the flow.

Can someone please help identify what it is? is it ok? good? bad?

i dunno what it is but every tank i see has it. its not bad so i would say its ok
