Bubbles form in BRS 2-part dosing hose

Hi, I've been using BRS 2-part dosers for about 5 months and every once in a while a bubble or two will form in the hoses reducing flow. Since I chnage the hoses fairly regularly and there has never been a visible leak, I have no idea how the air gets in there. Its annoying because when it happens I have to bleed the hose to get the bubble out. I was hoping the only maintenance would be topping up the solutions. Any advice or similar experiences would be appreciated. thanks

i also use brs dosers....they have air in the output line because i never purged them.....i dont think it really matters cause they still pull the same amount of fluid,so they should dose pretty consistantly.....
