Actinic T5 bulbs Always On

I'm planning on buying a Current light fixture that has 1 250W MH light and 4x T5 bulbs. Would it be OK to run the MH during the daytime and use the T5's during the night?

T5 lights are usually used to simulate Dusk and Dawn. I have mine come on an hour or two before the MH and go off an hour after the MH has gone off. But if you are asking if you can use them as moonlights, then no don't do that. Coral need the lights to go off eventually. lol
