Tunze Controllable & Apex AquaController
Hi, this is my first post, but I've learned so much from this great forum. I have a problem I'm hoping someone can help me with. One of my Tunze 6105's loses input from my Apex AquaController and reverts from wave mode to "Always on" mode. Sometimes I can fix it by powering it down, but it either stops pumping or goes full on. I sent the pump to Tunze and they say it works when they connect it to their wave maker. I've tried switching the inputs to determine if it's the Aqua Controller failing. It's not, the same pump fails. Oh and yes, the input with the rubber boot is pushed in all the way! I'm so frustrated dropping $300 per pump and $500 on a controller only to have this situation. Can someone please tell me what to do?

Welcome to RC.
Just something to double check... I know you siad the connector is fully connected, but I have had cables that seem to have an excess of plastic lip around it preventing it from making a 100% connection. These actually fell out prett easily though. Trimming around the circumference of the connector helped. Worth a shot...

Thanks, I've tried that. My issue I think is with the Tunze pump. My problem is that it will work for awhile, and then stop, so when they go to check to see if there is a problem, they say "oh not our problem, it's probably his controller..."
