Question Cardinalfish mortality

Do all cardinals suffer from high mortality like banggai's and red spot's?
In particular what about the orange lined ?

Anyone tried orange lined cardinalfish (apogon cyanosoma)? Do they die as easy as banggai cardinals?

I did not know that banggai cardinals were considered difficult to keep. Other cardinals have a reputation of being poor shippers and not thriving, this incudes the orange lined cardinal. I do not have direct experience with this fish so I am just reporting what my LFS said about these fish. It may be totally wrong. The story is similar to chromis. Over time, one by one, they disappear until only one is left.

Captive bred banggai's are not but wild cought are.
From the little I was able to find I found out that the slowly dropping off one at a time was because they would kill eachother off once they matured but I may be wrong.
