ProFlex Sumps

Anyone using a proflex sump? I am considering the Model 3 or 4 for my 90 gal.

I want to replace my homemade one with something nicer.

im a owner of the model 3 proflex sump and man this sump is dead quite. i really like it a lot but the one thing i dont like is the salt creep you get on top where the top is for the fuge. other then that i love it; no micro bubbles, dead silent, and a decent size. just dont go any smaller then the model 3. if you can get the model 4.

now if you really want a bad a** sump check out "my reef creations" sumps. good luck

sweet yea the model 4 has a larger 3rd chamber then mine which is cool since now you have more room and it opens more windows to what skimmer you want. i recommend a reef octopus skimmer since they are great and need water levels around 8". this way if a power outage occurs you will have plenty of room for back siphon until it hits its siphon break. good luck.
