Question Worm ID needed

Okay - so I have noticed *something* in my tank - and I have concluded that it MUST be a worm of some sort. I don't have a picture yet - so I'll descibe it as best I can...

On the face of one of my rocks - there is a cave. Coming from the inside of this cave seems to be a clear tube with what seems to be an air hole at the end of the tube.

Inside the tube - there is an orange worm. When inside the tube - I can see maybe 3-4 centimeters of it - and the head seems to come to a sharp point however - right before I turn the lights on in the morning or whatever - sometimes I will see it's full body - coming out of the cave and extending all the way out of the tube - and it seems pretty thick, orange...

It's *NOT* a Bristleworm - as I have a lot of them in my tank - some of which are HUGE so I know what they look like. This is something completely different.

It's skin seems smooth - no tentacles, no scales or patterns - just an orange hue and at least an inch long with a tapered head coming to a point.

Anyone have any idea what this is? I'll try and get a picture of it.

If large as a bristleworm, could be a peanut worm: they only put their nose out. Looks a little like an elephant trunk. Harmless.

Definitely not a Spirorbid Worm...

It does have a similarity with the Peanut Worm a little though. I have a photo of it -although not that great. I'll try and get a better one but yeah - it really only sticks its head out of the breathing tube or whatever that clear plastic tube is it hangs out in...

I have a lot of Bristleworms in my tank - it looks *nothing* like them at all.

My worm is orange, cylinder body, sharp pointy head, and lives in what looks like a clear tube with an air hole at one end extending out of a cave in the rock... The "Peanut Worm" is as of yet the closest resemblance of what it is and I'm not even sure that's what it is actually...
