which is a better fixture?

I really don't know a thing about the starkled fixture but when doing a little research on them their seems to be a lot of people concerned with the quality of the fixture. Alot of questions as to whether they are cheap Chinese leds. I don't know if this is true or not but I'm seeing this on multiple posts. I'm also seeing that some of the leds are overdriven from posts. So I can not confirm nor deny this just reporting what I am seeing so far. On the flip side if the fixture does what it says it does, it has some pretty cool features. I read on a post saying the fixture could simulate a cloud going by with one fixture, meaning every puck or cluster could be independently controlled.
