LED mounting

so I have some LEDs, but as you can see they are a little bare

(sorry for the fuzzy pictures, but each LED is only 3mm across)

I don't have any star or hex boards for them, does anyone know where to get mounts/boards for them? I think I will be able to get around not have the equipment to reflow solder them, I just have no clue where to find a reasonable board(s) to mount them

so the three silver stripes on the back are cathode, thermal pathway, and anode

the thermal path is electrically neutral so I could in theory have the thermal path contact the cathode or anode pad on the board/mounting surface, but even still I don't know how I would mount this to anything other than a heat sink designed for these types of LEDs
