sump help

well i have been looking and i cant seem to find any info on sump supply and return sizes.. im going to be building a 30 gallon w a 10 gallon sump. where do i look for flow rates? and line sizes? any help is much appreciated...thanks DM
PS i think i will be drilling out tank and not using an overflow box.

Please keep the updates comming... Gotta see your setup. Did mine with an oversized return. Almost flooded my main... Well the end result... Moppin the floor while everyone is asleep... Cheers
