Algae or Cyano

Hi guys. I'm fairly new to the hobby, though i've been researching for a year before my build. This forum has been most helpful with my decisions and setup. I currently have a 75 gallon display with a 40 gallon sump/fuge. My tank has been up and running for around 3 months. My only fish are 2 Fancy Ocellaris and a Domino Damsel. My CUC consists of various hermit crabs, an emerald crab, cerith, astrea, and nassarius snails, and the usual zoopods along with a hitchhiking stomatella and tiny starfish. I know new tanks go through cycles of algae and cyano, i have already gone through one of green hair algae. Now I am currently having a spread of something red on my rocks. I am unsure of what it is, I have not been able to find pictures to help me ID. It has some bubbles on it so I was leaning toward cyano.

Thanks,
Tim

My specs:
75 gal display with 70 lbs of live rock, with maybe 2 inches of sand
4 65 watt PCs(2 10k, 2 actinic) soon to be upgrading to 6 lamp T5
40 gallon sump/fuge with 6" DSB, rubble, chaeto and red gracilaria, and a few crabs and snails from DT
1 35 watt 5700k pc and 26 watt 2700k CFL
Running a MAG 9

Water 78 degrees
Salinity 1.025
pH 8.2
Test all read 0 ppm
I'm looking into a HOB skimmer due to space constraints within my stand

Definitely cyano. Normal for a new tank. Nothing you should really have to do on your end. If it starts to get out of control you can suck it up off the rocks, or try a 3 day "lights out" where you leave the lights off for 3 days. Your corals will be fine.

Yea, I read their spots fade as they get older and they become aggressive. I was actually my first fish so I wanted something cheap should I run into problems. I've heard that a lot of damsels can be mean. So far there has not been any issues among my fish, but first sign and it will be living in my QT. My end game once the tank has matured is to turn in into a seahorse tank.

You can also use a turkey baster to blow it off the rock.
