T5 help on 2 72" fixtures

I just received my 2 72" fixtures 640 watts total

4 Actinic and 4 10k with 8 moon lights

Im going from 120 watts maybe to this 640 watt set up I know this question has prob been asked many many times so I will be that guy and ask again. Give me some lighting times when should I run what how long etc etc. And some blub options for thi sset up will be greatly appreciated. To get them to fit on my take I had to flip one around.

From front to back first fixture 10k x2 Actinic x2,
Second fixture actinic x2 and 10k x2 .
