New ballast for NanoCube HQI

My ballast died (again) on my 28 Nanocube HQI, this time out of warranty... So I'm in the market for a new one.

I'm looking at the Aqua Medic Reeflex ballast right now, would this be a simple plug and play swap out or would it involve cutting any wires?

Mostl likely need to splice some wires, the female plug on the ballast is an unusual one and I dont even think it comes with it. Hellolights has some better info of what is needed.

Opinion on the Reeflex 150w ballast paired with a Phoenix 14k bulb?
