Question Planning new reef tank

I am building a house and would like to put a 180 or 200 in the wall of my family room. The aquarium will actually by in a large utility room behind the wall to the family room.

The contractor is working on the piers for the interior today and we should finish the foundation next week.

Can anyone give me advice about supporting the aquarium in this utility room. Contractor wants to add a 2x6 beam under the common wall.

Any other advice will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Rick
