Tiny Hitchiker Snails
Hi All,
I have tons of tiny hitchiker snails in my tank, wondering what they are if they are going to be a problem. They are small, 3mm max size, white shells with brown markings when they get bigger. The growth form of the shell seems similar to that in Turbo Snails. Any idea of what they could be? Sorry I have no picture, my camera cant photo stuff this tiny well. |

Probably colonista. Good for your tank.

Excellent night time janitors that reproduce well in home aquaria. Their population is determined by the availability of micro algae to graze on.
