Worth the upgrade?

My current LEDs are 12 cree 700ma RB and 12 cree 1500 ma Whites... cant remember the exact model. The ones rapidled was selling in december. The whiles are currently dialed down to about 50%

I was looking this morning and noticed that they are now carrying 1500ma RB LEDs. $4 each, so $48 total to upgrade. The problem is that its a budget fight every time I want to do something to the tank.

While I would win the discussion, my question is is the upgrade worth the discussion? Would I notice a difference in growth, intensity, could I run the whites hotter?

My tank is a 44 pentagon housing anemones, clams, zoas, ric and LPS. I have 80 deg optics and have good even coverage over my tank with no spotlighting.
