RODI Expert needed
I accidentally backflushed my RODI unit all night. Does this damage anything?
Thanks

do you have a TDS meter after the membrane? if so make sure the TDS coming out looks normal. I don't think it will damage anything but you may have just used a good portion of your prefilter and carbon block's life.
your situation is better than mine was, I left it running and flooded my basement (my RODI is on the first floor) |

AFAIK just the water bill. Test the post membrane rejection rate for a few hours after firing it back up, if it is higher than normal it should come clean with a little use.
