Unique Tube Worm (Yellow/Green) Id?

Just got this guy and he's beautiful. Seems to like low flow but has been out since I got him a few days ago. I don't know what it is though? Any ideas? Thanks!

Are the polyps under it usually all closed up like that. It may be stinging them?

Thanks for the id. The polyps are closed because I'm trying to remove them using a kalk spray.
