Freshwater Dip Instructions
I'm sure this has been covered somewhere, but I couldn't find it in my searches, so my apologies if I'm repeating an old question.
All the instructions I've seen on freshwater dips say to match the temperature and pH, then dip the fish for 10-15 min (and not panic if it looks dead!) What I haven't seen is a guide on how to adjust the pH. Are there any guides out there? Does one simply use baking soda, or are there other safer/better methods? Thanks for your insights!

Baking soda and vinegar are usually the two common and easily obtainable compounds to adjust your pH for a FW dip. There are a number of commercial products (pH up/pH down) available in your local pet shops to also help.
I use washing soda (sodium carbonate) and vinegar (acetic acid) and can usually pin the pH down to match. A calibrated pH meter helps as well. The reefland forum link has an excellent guide (when the server is up).

Thanks! The reefland link was exactly what I was looking for.
Maybe we could sticky that or something similar at the top of the disease forum?

Can you use the same dip mixture for more than one fish or should it be changed out for every fish?
