Three AI SOL whites over a 144 half circle?

Does this sound like enough light for a mostly sps reef? I bought this tank and it came with three AI sol super whites (w/w/b), and I wanted some thoughts on how well this will work for sps/LPS over a 144 half circle tank. I have three panorama pro blue led strips I can also throw in The mix if you think it will be too white. All will be controlled be a GHL Profilux 3. Let me know if this sounds like it sucks or will be good to go.

I think 3 should be enough. Do you have the hanging kit ? Are you using a canopy ? If not recommend it. You will want to adjust the hight to get the proper spread. I have 3 over my 170 gal, which are 13" AWL, with no issues. With the hanging kit , its very easy to adjust height and location just by sliding the fixture.

Yes, I have the hanging kit. Thanks for the reply! Are these things going to look too white...like 10k white? Am I going to need to add some more blue since these are the Sol whites.

Don't know, I have the blue ones..... It all depends on what you like..... I prefer more blue... You may want to use your blue strips.

Sorry to resurrect this after a few weeks, but I am nearing the time to make a decision and taking any last minute advice. My gut is telling me to stick 2x250 mh over it, but I think I'll regret not giving the AI's a shot. Any final thoughts?

Whites can be made fairly blue. Give em a shot if you already have them. Very cool (heat wise, this can't be underestimate) and energy efficient.
