Exclamation Ballast Fuse - JBJ 28g LED Pro

I'm wondering if the stock ballast (model MT-601-RB) has a fuse, and if so, where to find it?? The daylights no longer work and per the following website it says to check the fuse first: http://www.jbjnanocubes.com/contents/en-us/p11017.html

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

David

Also, follow up question for anyone who can help me. Would the following power supply work? Does anyone know what the socket type is called?

Bump.

I've been told that only the 12 DX and the 24 DX have the external fuses... looking for a new ballast now. Does anyone know if the one in the link i've referenced below will work?
