BRS Reef saver dry rock
I have a 75 gallon tank that has been up and running for close to two years now and I just ordered 20 lbs of rock to add to my tank as I only had around 40-50 lbs of rock and I felt it was time to add some more. My question is can I add the rock directly into my tank or do I need to set up another tank to let the rock cure before adding? I figured I would wash it off in some rodi water before putting in just to clean it off a little.

Some base rock can leach phosphates out of them for a little while after being placed, so if you have the means to set-up a bin with a pump and some fresh RO/DI for a couple weeks it can't hurt.
