Hi,
It looks just like an anemone of mine. Mine anemone is a passiflora anemone, from brasilian shore. I belive the cientific name is Condylactis gigantea. We can reconize this species by they orange body, they brown/white tentacles(depends on the lighting) and the purple spots on the tentacles tips. Here some photos from wikipedia for standart: And the original article. It look healthy, but beware: this anemone may eat fish. bye Last edited by Gabriel Freitas; 10/12/2012 at 11:07 PM. Looks like a condy anemone if it is they are non photosynthetic and are novturnal they will hide during the day and come out more when the lights are off because they are non photosynthetic you need to feed them probably every other day
Also they do not host clownfish |
