Snail id please. Pest?

I've done alot of looking, and only found one thread, on here, about this snail The concensus was that no one thought they were harmful, but they weren't sure. Anyone know what they are? They're very small, about 1/16 of an inch. The markings don't appear to be close enough together to be sundials, and they aren't very flat. Any ideas?
