Future Meeting
I was talking with the people at Union University and they are very interested in us having a meeting there so we can view their tank and setup.
They have a 750 gallon reef tank that they just recently got back going again after a few years of it being a freshwater. They would be looking to have it in February, and we could do a Saturday evening as well. Just post here what ya think of this meeting option.

I think it sounds like a good idea. With a tank that size, I may bring my scuba gear to get in a few dives.

They are also in search of frag donations to stock it. I think it would be cool if JARC could make some kind of contribution or something in the future. Just a thought. And I would love to see a thriving reef tank of that size in Jackson.

We had someone drop off a large Vlamingi Tang that is fairly scarred on one side. He is far too large for us at the store so we found him a home at the University.

I can get you his number tomorrow but I believe they have a posting on Craigs list as well, if you search for "saltwater" under items wanted you can find it.
