My Damsel Fish changes colors?

Every night I notice that my damsel fish in my 14G changes colors when the lights go out in the evening. He turns a whitish color with his usual purple blue hue and yellow tail. Is he stressed? This has been happening for about a week now, but he eats well, swims around, and always turns his bright blue and yellow color right after the lights come back on.
Is this normal for damsels?

I had a Blue damsel with yellow tail and he lost his color after tghe lights went out. Then turned bright Blue again after the lights come back on in the morning. Nothing to worry about.

Lots of fish change colors at night to blend in with their surroundings while they sleep. It helps keep them from being eaten at night in the wild. It's perfectly normal.

My foxface spends more time matched to the color of my LR than his normal yellow, black and white colors.
