Kole Yellow Eye Tang

I ordered a medium kole yellow eye tang from LiveAquaria about 2 and a half weeks ago and noticed some things weird about him. He has these lighter spots around his mouth they aren't white but they are a lighter orange-ish color there seems to be more but its hard to tell because he doesn't sit still very long. He also does this weird thing where he stretches his fins out as far as he can and swims backwards rapidly for just a few seconds always right in front of the glass, i'm not sure if it's his reflection he's reacting to or if its a symptom. His feces tend to be really lightly colored and almost like fish diarrhea its everywhere and a cream-ish color. He's eating still but his coloring seems to be changing too. His head tends to be pale and the rest of him darker compared to other kole yellow eye tangs. He also has some ragged fin edges some have a brown covering almost looks like a scab. He is about 2.75 inches and in a 60g tank. Any thoughts would be appreciated

I can't tell much without a pic; but I'd treat with Prazi-pro, it may help the feces problem. Poop problems are often due to internal parasites, many of them worms. IMO, PP should be used on all fish and its very safe. The only reef-safe med I know of.
