Smile 75 Gallon Saltwater setup questions

Hi,
This website has a wealth of information about marine life care. I just bought
a 75 gallon bowfront aquarium from someone and have a few questions regarding what skimmer to get to improve the water quality to be the best, and livestock opinions for what im looking for. So here goes.

1) I bought a Octopus NWB 150 skimmer but its too big for my sump, I think its only like a 10 gallon one and with the Wet/Dry and the return pump theres no room for it, I was told maybe a NWB 110 would work, would be a tight squeeze but would fit. I want to be able to keep a moderate to heavy stock list so definitely want the skimmer to be the best i can get. Should i get a Octopus NWB 110 or a hang on back skimmer thats more powerful, Iv been reading in sump is better so was thinking about NWB110 but want to make sure it can support a lot of fish.

2) The current live stock the tank came with is : Flame Angel, a grown Six line wrasse, Royal gramma and a small Damsel. I would like to keep as many colorful fish which makes the tank stand out, not particularly interested in very aggressive fish if or ones that are a complete no no for the reef tank in case i want to go that route. Any opinions on these or recommendations for other colorful fish that would get along.

1) Purple Tang
2) Yellow Midas Blenny
3) Can i keep a juvenile large Angel? or another dwarf with the Flame?
4) Maroon Clownfish
5) Another colorful Wrasse (Linespot Flasher Wrasse, Pinkface Wrasse or Goldbar Wrasse)
6) Maybe a dartfish, a dottyback or a goby
7) Purple or Blue Linckia Starfish
8)A shrimp and some crabs,snails

3) What is a good submersible water pump for Water changes, i was looking at the Maxi jet 1100

Like everything in this hobby research before purchase is best. Its a 75 so 6 to 8 fish. The more fish you have the more maintance needed and keeping water quality up a plus.

If you want a mixed reef with coral and fish then go coral crazy and keep fish to a minimum. A few fish helpful but full stocka headache.
