just drip acclimated for the first time
Last night my very first order of fish came in from live aquaria. I was so nervous before I set everything up because I didn't want to mess it up and kill the fish. Glad to say everything went fine and it was very easy to do. Got my two fish (banggai cardinal, blue/green chromis) in my QT tank, and my hermits, snails and a cleaner shrimp in my DT. Everything was doing good this morning before I left for work, and the fish even ate.

Congrats. It's been the little accomplishments in this hobby for me that make it enjoyable. Like the first snail in the DT, successfully QTing a fish, buying the first coral, etc.

Thanks, you're right it is the little things that are rewarding. Especially since this is my first saltwater tank, so when something goes right I feel like I'm really acomplishing something and all these months of planning and doing research and patiently waiting for my tank to cycle have paid off. I really appreciate the help of this forum too. It's a great resource for information.
