Feeder tank

I am wanting to set up a feeder tank for my DT. I have a 10g tank with live rock that I am thinking of putting in various copepods, amphipods, etc and macro algae to periodically feed my DT with. Ideas ?

in a tank that small, more than likely 1 species (of each) would out compete the others

Why not set up a refugium? Same concept, but the benefit of a greater water volume.

I have a refuge, but am planning on doing a feeder tank as well for macro algae, pods of various sorts.
