I thought this was going to be a Dirty Santa meeting?
If so no topic would really have time to be heard I would think

That's true Dave. How much are we supposed to spend on a gift for Dirty Santa?

I think we should talk about how to convert a biocube to a planted freshwater aquarium

You are correct, Sir. We will use any suggested meeting topics for the February meeting then.

I was thinking that you could bring a frag with the option of buying something instead. Maybe we should set a $25 limit if you choose to buy something. What do you all think?

A frag from your tank or you can spend up to $25 on a reef related gift. It doesn't matter what the frag is worth that you are bringing, but if you are going to spend money on something, I wanted to put a cap to not discourage anyone from participating. I have enough people to purchase gifts for, so I know how it is for many out there.

Ok, topic idea....How to frag hard and soft corals, anemones, zoes, polyps, etc.
I think it would be a good topic for February meeting since the Nashville Frag Swap would be coming up?

Yes you did. You also missed the fragging of a 10G tank. It looked like your BTA frag went well when I last saw it.

Well then how about a follow up " ok you missed how to frag so here is how not to kill your expensive BTA and instead end up with two BTAs"?

lol cute. I believe the Feb meeting will be the one at Union where we get a tour of their 750g reef setup.

I would be good for another Demo meeting in March if the club is interested. That way if would be right before their frag swap, if that month is still open of course.
