Do you know about cycling? From your post it doesn't seem like your tank has been cycled yet.

You should get at least as many pounds of rock as you have gallons of aquarium. You can do either all live rock or a combo of live and manamade rock where the live rock will seed the rest.

Your fish will probably not make it if you have not done a cycle. This being a fishless cycle of at least 4-6 weeks with saltwater, sand and rock.

All of your questions cannot be answered simply. There are a bunch of sticky posts on this forum that you need to read.

Also, what kind of water source do you have? The fail safe is to get an ro di for making saltwater. Again, your going to have a bacteria bloom and cycle especially after you add rock. I would take the fish out
